Going to war

what a bore. What’s on E.T. tonight? Gotta find a T.V., no visuals, stuck with am tube type radio. Good for The Shadow. Bad for modern news. How many times a minute do I need traffic updates? no car. how about bicycle congestion reports? Maybe if i tune in to War of the Worlds 1938 version i can pretend its the current war… isnt a plan for war an idea for war, as in, up until the war, its all pretending? who knows.  maybe  even the participants  are pretending. maybe i’ll find a bar, they have t.v.’s, normally for sporting events. is this a sporting war? little worlds, little worlds…
