to live is to borrow. and if we borrow to live, then life must be a pile of discarded brush. life and death are day and night. you and i came to watch the process of change, and now change has caught up with me. why should i have anything to leave unresolved? so all creatures come out of the mysterious workings and go back into them again.

the earthquake pictures and images on xinhua.net like you say are strikingly the most available. its interesting how much has changed in china to a certain extent, as there have been previous disasters which did not have such speedy and thorough reporting on earthquakes and such. interesting to compare to myanmar.
